Joy Adegbola
I've always been drawn to the space where strategy meets people. Throughout my career in marketing, event planning, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, I noticed the same pattern again and again: organizations often knew what they wanted to accomplish but lacked the strategy, structure, or capacity to bring those ideas to life. That's the gap Jade Collective was created to bridge.
Over the past seven years, I've led community engagement initiatives, produced large-scale events, developed integrated marketing campaigns, raised millions of dollars, and partnered with organizations to strengthen relationships with the people in their community. Those experiences taught me that the most successful campaigns, events, and brands all have one thing in common: they begin with intentional strategy.
Today, I partner with brands, nonprofits, corporate teams, and individuals to transform ideas into experiences that are aligned, thoughtful, and memorable. Whether we're planning an event, developing a campaign, or refining a brand strategy, my goal is always the same: to create work that not only looks beautiful, but serves a clear purpose and leaves a lasting impact.
